Rockvale Elementary, 8:00. We’ll have fun, flat, out and back option for up to 14 miles. For the adventurous, there’s an option of the gentle grade (about 2% average) on North and Thompson, then back to the school on Hwy 99 for about 16 miles total. Easy pace, no one left behind, ride leader for both options. Mike and I had a great ride Sunday afternoon scouting this route.
Not very far. Just between Rockvale School and Armstrong Valley on the out and back and for those that take the hilly option, from Thompson back to the school. I would rather stay off the highway as much as possible and stick to less traveled roads (which are getting harder to find in Rutherford county!)
