I sent them an e-mail and this is what I got back:

"Hi Josh-

You can create cue sheets! This is a new feature, and where excited about it. Along any point in your route, you can click the grey marker, and add your cue notes (i.e. turn right at ...). Even more exciting, though, is that is you plot your route with "follow roads" enabled (under map settings to the left of the map), we will populate these directions for you.

To see your cue notes, click the "notes" button while viewing your saved route. These notes will also print if you use the "print" button.

I just tried it and it works VERY well. It prints cues, elevevation, and a nice little map.
