Yes we are.....I am leading the ride @ 5 p.m. today. The route is 22 miles, lots of fun rollers, no big climbs. We start from Rock Springs Middle School, 3301 Rock Springs Rd., in Smyrna.

Now that I'm cleaned up a bit, my knees don't look bad at all! It was a beautiful ride! Thanks for hanging back with me. I stopped by and saw Steve Tyree on my way home and he reinforced all the lessons you guys gave me on shifting. Thankls for putting this one together for us.
