Does anyone have a suggestion for a relatively safe route to Ingram Blvd from the Cason Lane area? I would like to ride my bike to work once a week, but every route I have checked from the safety of my car seems like a death trap for a cyclist during rush hour!

JJ, give me a call at 419-1323. I live close to that area on the Smyrna/LaVergne town line. I have a couple of options for you....depending on what you have already tried.
