Basicly, the proposed law reiterates the rights of cyclists to use public roads, and mandates that motorists give us three feet of clearance when passing. It has passed the House and is in the Senate transportation committee. I encourage everyone to write their state senator, as well as the chair of the transportation committee in support of this bill.
