It's time to get yourselves registered for the Tour de Cure. Go to http://www.tour.diabetes.org/ and register. The date is June 2 and 3rd leaving from the Murfreesboro Town Square riding to Monteagle for an overnighter and then back to Murfreesboro.

Steve and I have set up a Team to honor Steve's oldest daughter, Stephanie. Stephanie has had type 1 or insulin dependent diabetes since she was 9 years old. She turns 24 in February, but without the research of the ADA, we might not have Stephanie today.

Please join us in supporting this worthy cause and participate in a great weekend ride. If you can't ride with us, please consider a donation. We are listed as the "Stokin' for Stephanie" team. Our goal is to raise $750 and for both of us to make it up Alto Mountain without stopping. (it will be easier for me to raise $750!!)
