Depending on where you are and how far you will go:
Hamilton Creek is good for really technical riding
Lock 4 for fast smoother riding
Chickasaw is a nice well rounded trail
Fall Creek Falls has some fun stuff with everything in it
Sewanee is easy, but short, however it is close to Franklin Forest State Park which is a little more adventuresome
Long Hunter is short and fun
I am not very familiar with Montgomery Bell
