Having contacted past attendees we now have a few spaces left for Summerfest 2012.
This takes place on Sun Corner Billericay from 11am to 5pm [stage to 8pm] and features:
- A classic car display of 200 cars
- An arena with entertainment followed by
- A stage with live entertainment
- Beer Tent
- Pimms Tent
- Kiddies Rides and other attractions
- 100 Craft, Farmers and Charity stalls
Last year when the weather was poor we attracted 3,000 people. With good weather and following more closely our promotion and organisation for the successful Christmas Market, that attracts 20,000 people we hope that numbers will rise to around 5,000 for Summerfest.
Entrance and Parking are Free for both events.
I have attached sponsorship, application and risk assessment forms for Summerfest for your consideration to be completed and returned to me by May 3rd if you wish to participate.
