Hi all,
Firstly thank you for the forthcoming support you have given the event, Its really good chance for the club to gain members.
We have a 10x3m pitch, with two race cars and a gazebo to have a recruitment and information stand there aswell. We have a raffle prize, with many thanks to Ted Sparrow C171E and his very kind acceptance in giving us the raffle prize of a 'day in a race car' using his pay to race car for one lucky person. We are planning on having information on all classes, how to join us or even how to come and watch. We will be giving flyers away on the day on free entry for one time only for new visitors who havent been to see us race before. There will be racing dvds playing showing people what we get up to aswell. We will be also advertising the pay to race opportunity for new members aswell.
The following people have offered to help us so far. If I have missed anyone out or you would like to come and spend a day advertising the club and making it better for 2012 with that little christmasy feel then please give me a shout asap.

I am awaiting more details from the orgainsers, when I have this I will post it asap. Any offers of prizes, help or questions and suggestiosn is more than welcome!! There will be more than enough opportunities to go and have a wonder around as there is alot going on around us on the day. Times and places to park will be along shortly.
