We have been given the opportunity to have a stall and an space for a members race car at the Billericay Christmas Market on Sunday 4th December between 11 and 5pm. We will be having a membership stand along with a race car there for people to look at. Our aim for the day is to give the local residents a better understanding of who we are, what we do and how they can join us. As a club for next season we need to boost our membership and our entries though the gate each meeting. This is a prime opportunity that has been given to the club for us to be able to hopefully increase our numbers and make the club better for next season. What we need from you as club members is for some volunteers to help out either in the morning or the afternoon. We will need some help to set up, talk to people through the day, hopefully take peoples details who want more information about the club and then help packing away. If you want to help all day you are more than welcome to but if not then either a morning or afternoon which ever suits you would really be appreciated. We cant run this club without the help of you guys so please come forward and help us make your club better for next season. The more people we get signed on the better races you guys are going to be able to have.
