SEGTO have a form to sign which indemnifies the club and leaves the onus on the driver. All agreed may not suit us.
Insurance to protect the committee members should be looked into.
Mike Shorter has asked if 3b’s can race at Concord? Yes, they will race with the 3’s if there is not a full grid of them. They will not count towards the National Allocations.
Also 3b’s don’t totally comply with our rules, they would be allowed to race once but would have to comply fully with rule books after that.
Sheds need to go up at track and caravans removed.

Next year the room we normally use is booked, all agreed to have the bigger room, Glen to book.
Every 3rd Committee Meeting will be an open meeting, that any member can attend.
