In april 1944 Thunderbolts with yellow noses attacked the german airfield Stormede/Störmede and destroyed 11 Focke-Wulf 190 on the ground. One of the US-pilots was Bob Daniel/Daniels, who met in the 60tees a former german soldier of the flak in Störmede. Does anyone know something about this raid? Is Bob Daniel still alive?
