Hello,
I put down a book about the disastrous mission the 445th BG (H) flew to Kassel Sept. 27, 1944.
The 361st FG really saved the few survivors.
I am planning to add one chapter related to the little friends contribution.
I am welcoming any recollections of people who flew that day.
