361st in Memory of the 6:20pms

My mother's name is Irma Weiland from Chicago Illinois. She recently passed away in 2002. In her belongings was an engraved cigarette ligter with a palm tree with her initials IMW . Enscribed was the "361st Happy Memories of the 6:20pm's" Does this mean anything to anyone? Her initials were engraved on the back IMW. She was engaged during WWII to a man named Steve who was killed. She spent 3 years in Japan as a civilian employee during the occupation of US under McCarther. If anyone can expand on this I would be interested to know.
