I've recently received a report on a take-off accident involving my grandfather, Bartine George and aircraft 44-14055 on 1945-06-19 at Little Walden. Aircraft was a 2-seater with passenger Vincent G. Lane. Got it from http://accident-report.com/ Has some poor quality photos and details of the investigation.
I'd be happy to provide it to the site if there's interest.
I'm interested in any details regarding my grandfather's service with the 361st FG. Are there any other historical documents available - rolls/rosters, mission descriptions with crew lists, etc?
