Marion C Kelley 376th Fighter Squadron.

I recent got a bounce out of the email address I had for Lt. Col Marion C. Kelley. An internet search showed that he had died last December


Lt. Col. Marion C. Kelley, age 91, of Clovis, NM, died Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at his home in Clovis. A memorial service will be held at 10:30AM Tuesday, December 8, 2009, at 16th & Pile Church of Christ with Jim Gammon and Dave Young officiating.
Marion was born September 14, 1918, to Arthur J. and Thressa (Thompson) Kelly in Belleville, KS. He married Modene Minton June 10, 1956, in Clovis. He served in the US Air Force as a Fighter Pilot during World War II, Korean War, and the Vietnam War until his retirment in September of 1969. After his retirement from the Air Force, he received his real estate liscense in Texas. He sold real estate in Harlingen, TX, and founded and worked at a citrus grove. He was of the Church of Christ Faith and a member of Sabre Pilot Association.
Survivors include his wife, Modene of the home; two sons, David (Sherry) Kelly of Emporia, KS, and Dennis Kelly of Seattle, WA; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Faye Novak, and son, Shawn Kelly.
