Gentlemen,

I am trying to contact anyone who may have served with or cand direct me to records of my Grandfather Ret Col Stanley M. Christensen. All I know is that he flew a P-51 variant and spent most of WWII as an enlisted man.
I was notified by the Nat Archives that his military record was destroyed in a fire.

Any info is welcome

There was a 1st. Lt. Franis Christensen in the 374th Squadron,361st Group who was KIA on Oct.30, 1944.

Joe thank you for your response but, he died in 2003 as a ret. Col

I will keep looking. Do you recommend any other resources I might try?
