Hello Jaap. I am so surprised to find anything about my Daddy on the internet. I am sad to tell you that he passed away in 1987 very suddenly of a heart attack. He was a very wonderful father and husband and grandfather to my 3 children. He lived a good life.I am so lucky to have had him and I am so very happy that you have written this message.
