Do you know the exact day of promotion of William T. Kemp to 1st Lt an also Capt?

I am interested in US Aces and unfortunately the data and details about them are not mentioned by Frank Olynyk in his book Stars and Bars.

All data will be used for my own needs and will not be proveded to the third party and not be published.
