MY Uncle 1st Lt Lafaro was on a mission over Ludwigsshafen On March 14th 1945. His P-51 was shot up during the run, but was able to bring it back to base. Crashed landed & was hospitalized until the end of the war. He can't recall to much anymore & I'm trying to get more details of the incedent. Is there anyone who could help me. Thank You
