I read with interest that you did a story on the health/compensation situation for veterans of the
57,58 test programme-is it possible to email a copy to me.
I am interested because ex test personel like myself have experienced long term -30 years after the tests- heat intolerence-gradually increasing in severity.
Is this a standard problem in the health problems
caused by the H. tests!
Sorry I cannot contribute to answering your question on waste materials -although I do know that marconi
did instal very substantial monitoring equipment on the island-also the americans had massive monitoring equipment of their own. As well has many wrecked vehicles -as on saturday nights they were confused
which side of the road the were supposed to drive -
so for conveniece -all drove down the middle -head on!
50 or more americans died as a result .
