Schedules, format due out shortly
Frontier League schedules and alignment format due out by end of day today (Wednesday, 11/28).
Two divisions:
Wash, Chilli, Flor, Kala, Traverse, traveling Sliders
Evans, Gate, River, Rock, So.Ill, Windy City
Three-game series across the board.
Earlier start to season (5/21).
Later end to season (9/3).
Longer All-Star Break.
More off days during season.
Playoff format revised--Division winners get home games on the weekend instead of mid-week.
Can't get word about Championship format/dates.
And no word on whether playoffs will include top 2 in each division, or champion in each plus two wild cards...
That's all I know so far.
