Just to clear up a few points.Our website is not saying dogs have a right to BARK constantly! What we are saying is they have a right to play in their own back yard without someone with reporting EVERY bark. There are other dogs in the neighbourhood that bark late at night when our dogs are in the house asleep. In fact their last trip out is never later than 10pm.

After months of training since our first visit from the SPCA our dogs actually bark far less than ALL the other dogs in the area. We have been charged with letting our dogs bark at a time when they were actually in the house asleep. What this website is about is the right of dogs to enjoy their own yard without unfounded charges of barking brought against them by someone with a personal vendetta against dogs(and kids - but that's another story)
