ave speed of ride

what is the ave speed of the rides, i have a fixed gear bike and only ave about 14mph, will i be able to keep up.

Try a ride with the Comfort Zone (CZ) group. We'll make sure you get back and help assess if other group rides are right for your abilities.

There will be a CZ ride at Miller's tomorrow and then there will be one Saturday morning. Watch for posts here and/or on the Facebook page.
