A couple of weeks ago I mentioned taking a group of CZers up to Clarksville on 31August for their first 100 mile ride. This is a great first century. It seems there is a bunch of interest. I have about 10 verbal commitments and as of this a.m. 3 have already registered. We will be carpooling from Smyrna. I know it's early but if we want to do this we need to start getting out legs, lungs and, most importantly our sit bones, ready now. Scott Silvers posted a training link on the FB group page. It looks really good and very simple. Take a look at it and start marking off rides on your calendar.
