I have done that race on several occasions. Short pool swim, (200 meters), slightly over 10 mile bike leg heading out Old Woodbury Pike and coming back into Mboro on Hwy 70 finishing with a on campus 5 k run. It is a well ran small race. Expect the winners to finish in under an hour.
