Unless you are riding really hard, it will be dusky before you get in. This means a couple things:
1) You will be hard to see. Use lights - front and rear is best, but at least rear. You won't need them to see by, but to be seen.
2) It's cool when the sun gets low in the sky. You may want to consider arm warmers, or even more if you are a little cold natured.
