OK. So here's my thoughts on the unhappy issues going on right now.

We need new people to take officer positions as well as lead key roles in the HOT 100. When the same people function in leadership roles too long it's not good for them or the club.

Discussion is good. It shouldn't be perceived badly to post a criticism here. Just be aware that when you do, you appear to be someone interested in improving the club and a great candidate to take a leadership role. (Believe me, no one will fight you on that).

Most of the officer positions will be open next year (including mine as both Treasurer and HOT 100 Rest Stop Director).

Put your money where your mouth is. Step up and make the changes you think need to be made. Otherwise the club may very well be winding down soon. We need your enthusiam and support.
