I finally got a chance to get on here and post my thanks and appreciation to all that helped me after my crash on the July 9th club ride.
I was assisted to and cared for by many members of the club and words cannot express how much an impact each of you made.
The ride was a great route and I wish I hadnt made that fateful decision to hammer down the hill in pursuit. But, on the other hand I realize how lucky I am to be walking. I believe my speed at the time I left that road was 41.5mph. WAY to fast - I have learned my lesson well.
Again, thanks to all and I hope to see everyone on a ride before the end of the year.
