I talked to his wife today. He had surgery on Saturday for a broken hip and femur. He is still at Cookeville hospital. Headed home tomorrow. I think they are putting him in NHC for rehab and PT. Still in pain but I think that is to be expected.
His wife asked us all to pray for a speedy recovery. She is also a cyclist. The Fitchers rode the Tour De Cure this year. I'll post more info as it becomes available.
