The Bill for Distracted Driving SB1171 HB1007 passed yesterday and is on its way to Governor Haslam for signature. This Law more clearly defines distracted driving and increases penalties for motorists who harm a pedestrian or cyclist. Great work Bike Walk Tennessee for getting this bill initiated and passed!
