Matt - watch the board for rides for tomorrow -
Izzy - we're shooting for the 22nd. Coon Hunters use the lodge next Saturday.
Chris - have fun - we're going to hit the trainer and do some HILLs with Coach Troy.

What trainer? Where do you ride inside here...or do you just saddle up at home?
I might head out to the Polar Bear...just to meet some folks?!

You can always hit the YMCA or MAC- they have spinners.
MOAB was doing some trainer rides inside- check with them- 893-0725.
You Polar Bears be careful- don't put your tongue on the flag pole!

MOAB doesn't do the indoor sessions this year. I've asked already("misery likes company" theory)

First time in the last 6 years that there has been snow on the ground for the Polar Bear Plunge. The slides are there for the warm at heart. Hope to see some club members there. Bill

I went down the slide, the water was only 38 degrees, I will never complain about being cold on a bike again.
