I recall a ghostly figure that was posted in the halls to promote school spirit. It was mentioned in one of our old Blue & Whites. Does anyone know who's idea that was?

Russ, If I recall my ill fated tenure at EHCI - the only spirit that I know of had a cork in it and was seen behind the Willowdale Restaurant.

Hi Russ,
I do recall the ghostly spirit "EHCI" which was pronounced, "Ecky."
I am afraid I do not remember much else about it other than the fact that Sam Chapman had a lot to do with it and verbally supported it as sort of a school mascot. He and whoever else was involved were attempting to revive the E.H.C.I. school spirit at various events, but especially at football games where school spirit tended to wane every so often.
(I always wondered if it was Sam inside that bedsheet, although I can hardly believe he had a sense of humour that even came close to doing such a thing.)
