management team confirmed, duku and white gone
Taken from www.bromleyfc.net Bromley Football Club today appointed Simon Osborn as First Team Player/Manager. Del Parnham has once again taken up the job of Assistant Manager with Bobby Bowry continuing in his role as First Team Player/Coach. The trio had been in charge of first team matters on a caretaker basis since December 5th. Chairman, Jeremy Dolke said "I have been very impressed with the way that Simon, Del and Bobby have handled things since the sudden departure of Mark Goldberg and am I'm delighted to make their positions permanent. They have shown great application to the job at hand and produced some impressive performances from the side, notably at Cambridge City and Bognor Regis Town as well as the memorable Boxing Day win over Thurrock. I have every confidence that they will continue to take the Club in the right direction." Meanwhile, on the playing front, Francis Duku has left the Club to join Blue Square South rivals, Welling United. Francis made 80 appearances for The Lillywhites, scoring four times after signing in the summer of 2006 from Fisher Athletic. The Club would like to thank him for all his efforts and wish him every success in the future. Also leaving Hayes Lane is Rickel White who has been released following a brief spell with the Club. |
