Not happy

Last Night
Well i managed to miss 3 of the first 4 goals of the game. Gone are the days where you can finish your beer and take a slow stroll out to the terraces.
I am really miffed with our defending last night and i am afraid to say that the root of the problems in my mind are clear for all to see.
Francis is a good player and a fine Captain for the club but i think his confidence is low and his mistakes are and have been costing us dear. Not just last night but over the last few weeks. Maybe he needs a break from the first team and i am sure he will come back into contention as soon as he is over his drop in form.

Re: Last Night
We had no defence last night. A totally terrible peformance. The first ten or so minutes need to be played back to them time and time again to remind them never to be so s*it again.

Re: Poor
last nite was a complete joke. that was a game we should have bagged up big time.
I hope they take a long hard look at themselves, they let us and the club down badly!!!

Re: Last Night
Agree totally. Scoring in the 2nd minute was the worst thing we could have done. Some of them seemed to think it was a fore gone conclusion and defence was none other than a completele, utter, and shambolic disaster.ll their goals were an absolute joke and given to them on the proverbial plate.
Me thinks certain harsh decisions are required. Otherwise, we're in for an embarrassing departure from the Cup on Saturday.
Ps Am I correct that a certain Bromley player responded to what seemed warranted criticism by suggesting that we "F*** ***" Hope I misheard ! Some of us put in more effort in getting to and from certain games than some who play in them. (As in Harrow last March etc, etc)

John,
Don't know about that mate but those words were certainly direct towards us from the St Albans number 3.

Re: Last Night
Spot on, John. We make the effort to get to and from the games. They need to pull their socks up and sort it out ASAP, not act like prem prima donnas.

Re: Last Night
I think some people need to take a step back and have a look where we are these days - it's been said before but for ****s sake; we have no divine right to win this league, or to even do well in it. After reading throuh the posts on here and on other forums, im a bit dismayed with the lack of memory/respect/decency shown for several players who we owe a great deal of thanks to. Two players dragged us up through the play-offs last season and gave everything they had to get us up. Now, during a dip in form(which every player gets during his career), some people are turning on these players as if they are holding us back and hindering our progression, How short are your memories? And do the people who are slaughtering our skipper and coach on the internet really think we can demand promotion from this division at the first attempt? If so, I think they are ******* deluded.
Full credit to the manager for sticking by his mates during difficult times, it's great to see some loyalty in this game these days. If we stay in this division for ten years then i'll be more than happy, and im happy to have players who give everything theyve got playing for Bromley - whatever the result!!
