Hello to ya,
This is my first time posting here. I was diagnosed with dermatomyositis over a year ago and was told it was an extremely rare form of autoimmune disease. Apparently, this is not much medical data currently available on it. Is there anyone who could tell me about the medication side effects that are common and also if there are any clinical research studies that are underway at this time? Right at this time I am having problems with the Prednisone dosage that I am on and even though the doctor has reduced it I am still occasionally having problems such as tinnitus and itching skin.
