I have been to another of your neighbours' house...I thought your two looked familiar then when I saw the address on the ticket I realized I knew who they were! Anyway, I have heard them bark and it's not so bad that he should have called it in. Why not ask the rest of the neighbourhood (including non-dog owners) to speak on your behalf? The police and S.P.C.A will get a more accurate picture of what's really going on here, and that is you have a hateful neighbour who has nothing better to do with his time than to complain about every little noise around him. I hope he's reading this and realizes what a dick he really is. |
