The 2 dog owners who is questioning the By Law is right.Their are a number of things the disturb the quiet of the neighbourhood and It is not youre two dogs.If it was me I would take my two dogs and let them be outside for a little while and not just for a few minutes and let them ejoy their back yard like they always did.You never had a problem with people complaining about youre dogs barking until this neighbour moved in next door to you.
