To whom This Letter May Concern.I'am the owner of two beautiful dogs that are my world.These dogs are here because i love them and also to protect my home.God created these animals for a reason,and i see no reason for any one to complain.
People talk,laugh and scream and no one complains.But when it comes to dogs barking it is a crime.This is not fair.I feel so sorry for this person who has a problem with these beautiful animals.It is just another way for some guy who is lonely and never knew what love was and would do anything to draw attention to himself.
It is to bad that it has to be at the expense of someone who loves these dogs,and is a wonderful person for doing so.It is time for all dog owners to speak for those that can't talk for themselves.A judge is not god but has the power to stand up for these poor dogs and understand where they come from.To the owner please let us know how this case goes and I will help in any way that I can.sincerley J Ryan

Thank you for your support. As you see we have been careful not to mention any names or even our exact location - hence the "local municipality" references. This is due to the pending court case and we don't want to say anything that we could get in further legal difficulties over. Did I mention our dogs were here for years before this person ever moved into the neighbourhood? Not that it matters to the lawmakers.......

Today our dogs went outside 3 times for less than 2 minutes and all 3 times they were muzzled so they couldn't bark. Does this sound like a fair way for a dog to enjoy his own(fenced) backyard?

It is not right that you should have to put a muzzle on youre dogs every time you take them out.They should be able to go out for more then 3 minutes and they should be able to enjoy their own back yard.

We all should get together and walk our dogs back and forth in front of his house and carry "dogs have rights" signs. I'm sure the press could get wind of it somehow

dont march now wait until the court date we will fill the street by the court house with our dogs
