I am the great great granddaughter of Maxime Vanasse dit Vertefeuille... the great grand daughter of Joseph Antoine Greenleaf hello!!

Hello, I am the great grandson of a Maxime Vanasse who came from Canada (unknown province) and came to the United States in 1889 and settled in Dudley and Webster Massachusetts. He died in 1948 and had 4 children. If he is from any branch of your Vanasse family and have any information I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. thanks! --David.

As far as I know, my great grandfather settled in northern peninsula of Michigan. He died in Detroit. Sorry I can't be of much help. L. |
