Mallory family
I am in love with the Mallory and Anderson families. I can't get enough of them. While I would love to see a movie come to screen, I know it would never be as good as my imagination is when reading the books by Johanna Lindsey. Long live the Mallory's

So true. While it would be nice to pop in your Malory movie wouldn’t it ruin your own image of the characters. I would much rather let my mind bring them to me other then my TV and VCR. I just can wait for more books to read. Hopefully soon we will be able to read the rumored Anderson Family Series. |

I totally agree. Books win over films in that, given the parameters of the author's description (ie. hair, eye colour,etc), the image in your mind is what you find most attractive in a man/woman - so a film can never reproduce what you imagine, leaving you with a nagging sense of frustration. I love the Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter films, but they can never match the images in my imagination. |
