Petition to make a Malory Movie
Hello Everyone, After signing an online petition I started thining why not start a petition for a Malory movie. I've started a poll asking you guys what book from the series should be made into a movie. Once I get 1000 votes I'll start an online petition. It will be up to you, Malory fans, to forward it to your friends and families and get as many signatures as possible. What do you all think?

I think it's a great idea. It doesn't even have to be live actors, even animated would be great! That way the whole series could be made into a movie. |

I think the whole Malory series would make a wonderful mini-series on Lifetime or WE network. They are always making movies women love to watch and who wouldn't love watching this whole family fall in love? |

I love the idea of a Malory movie or series too. I would insist that Fabio play the leading man just as his picture is on most of the covers of Johanna's books. YUMMY!!!!

I think that as the stories cross over at one point, when Tony and James are in the pub looking for Cameron, both Gentil Rouge and Tender Rebel should be made into a film. As to who should play them, I think it should be the two actors that I saw years ago and thought perfect for the roles. James should be played by Marcus Gilbert, he played Lord Robert Stamford, in a "Ghost in Monte Carlo", in that film he really does look like James does on the cover of the book, and Tony I think could be played by Adrian Paul. But if not them, who are both English, then who ever it is they had better have a very good English accent!

I would love to see all of J. Lindsey's books made into movies, but if I had to pick just one, it would be one of the Malory books. I can't get enough of them!

I have read all of the Malory series and I'm looking forward to seeing the Anderson brothers in the next part of the series. After reading about the Malory's I have fallen in love with all of them, especially Anthony and James. Does anyone know if there really is a movie in the works about them. While I'm waiting for that to happen does anyone know of a movie out now that would be similar to the story line about an English Rogue that will tide me over til then. |

A English rouge film that come to mind, if you can get hold of it is, "A Hazard of Hearts." It's all about a lady in distress,(Helena Bonham-Carter, who's father, (Christopher Plummer), has gambled her hand away in marriage to the nasty middle aged lord Wrotham, (Edward Fox) and the dashing rouge young Lord Vulcan (Marcus Gilbert). Also stars: Diana Rigg and Stewart Granger. Or The Lady and the Highwayman(A V.young Hugh Grant, Michael York, Oliver Reed) , and A Ghost in Monte Carlo (Marcus Gilbert, Christopher Plummer, Oliver Reed). Shell.

All I can say is you go,and do what you want to do. I know that I for one am very excited about the idea of a movie about the Malory's, and Im sure I am not the only one to feel this way either.I also feel very honored that you asked your fan's about what they think and feel about the idea, and even did a poll for your fans to vote also. I also like the fact that you are letting us, your fan's to help pick out the character's for the movie your going to be making. And the reason why I put it that way is because I know you can and will be-able to do it.I wish you the greatest of luck to.I myself would love the movie also wether you had love scene's in it or not.Just having the movie done would be so wonderful.Goodluck and Godbless you and your work.I am a real big fan of you and your writing....

It's a great idea! My family and I have been waiting for a Malory movie for a long while. I'll do what I can to help. Persoally, I think all of them should be movies, but if only one then either The Magic of You or A Loving Scoundrel. Good Luck!

I think it would be wonderful if there was a Malory Movie! The actors don't have to be well known, just some hot very good looking man, and a beautiful girl! I love Amy and Warren's Story! she was determined to get what she wanted, I would loved to be trapped on a boat with a sexy man! I think any of the Malory's would be a great movie! I would buy it in a heart beat!

please please please make a movie and don't let the malory's ever die! I prefer PBS or more importantly the BBC network and don't bother using any american celebs except maybe to play Georgie or Warren. |

I think that the Malory novels od an excellent mini-series! With Rufus Sewell as Tony Malory - DREAMY! I would love to see all these peole in a long series with lots of detail. Then we could see all the periphereal characters as well. like George and Frances. I just got through reading the whole series again...as I was bed ridden for about 2 weeks. They were even better this time around! Reading them with no interruption! Can't wait for the next one! |

YESSS!!! THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!! It doesn't even need to be in theaters!! But one problem, I don't think anyone can choose just one. Maybe make one movie, with a few of the first relationships for like 3 or 4 hours. Then make another movie and so on. That would garenteed alot of money coming in considering how many people are in LOVE with the Malory Books and Johanna Lindsey. GET US A MOVIE!!

What if the series started with the first Malory, then kinda went the way the books did as far as chronological order...? Each "show" could end with the teaser of who's love life would be the next to air... |

I agree, why not the whole series. You can't do one without the others. |
