Steve- first you need to lose about 40 lb. and shrink to about 5' 7" to 5' 9" to be a good climber.
Seriously I have a training book you can borrow that gives some tips- cycling drills, etc.. to make you a real Billy Goat of a climber.
Let me know if you'd like to borrow it.
