Why is it?
I was wondering if you say you are "so great" why is it that you are intimidated by other bands that also do covers that you do? So much so that you won't even play at a club if that club advertises a radio station that has a band (Spike and the impalers) that you "Don't like" What are you like 10 years old? If you were so comfident in your "talent" you would be so afraid to compete with other cover bands. You are just a cover band, so don't get so uptight when called that. A tribute band is just that, a cover band. |

A tribute band is not just a cover band. A tribute band becomes the band the are paying tribute to and focuses only on being the best. A cover band just plays music to make a buck. Hell's Belles is an AWESOME band. I've seen other AC/DC tribute bands but they are THE BEST! Hey, if you don't like 'em, don't go see 'em. I can't wait to see them all when they come back to Boston (hopefully soon). ROCK ON HELL'S BELLES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Kathy, A cover band is a group that gets together and learns a few songs they can manage to play and then get gigs in small bars where they play while the people mill around getting drunk. I saw this band and there is nothing ordinary about them. They are POWERFUL. The 800 people jammed into the Fox Theater were stunned at the sound from this band, no one could take their eyes off the stage, the confidence and power was a sight to behold. They sound as good as AC/DC ever did even in their prime. And no one left until after the second encore. ..... so I looked up "Spike" and you must be a joke....You think this band is intimated by an amateur comedian wearing a skirt!! You must be the dumbest chick on the west coast, I don't know why you care where the Helles Belles play anyway. If I were them I wouldn't play anywhere that idiot plays either, the only reason I'd ever go to one of his lame shows would be to commit a hate crime against men who wear dresses. Just looking at the picture of that fruit cake looking weirdo was enough to make me hate his guts. And if it makes you feel any better, Jamie is the sexiest girl I have ever seen, when things are quiet and my girlfriend looks over and asks "what are you thinking about", I have to make something up because I can't tell her.... it's Jamie!! Now get out of here before the night prowler get his hands around your throat. |
