Hi, every expert: I am a newer in the field of research on cytokines. My research work is assaying IL-1, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-7,IL-10, IL-12, IL-13, IFN-r and TNF-a in rabbit's heart. I'll assay these cytokine gene expression with RT-PCR and assess the their protein with Western blot analysis. I don not how to find out the primers of these cytokines' mRNA and the antibodys of anti-rabbit of these cytokines. If you can give me some advice, I will appreciate it very much.
